Handwritten recipes from Executive Chef George W. Weber. Schooled in the French school of cooking George Walther Weber began his long career in cooking in 1903 in his native Germany. Migrating to America he honed his skills and eventually ran the kitchen at the McAllister Hotel in Miami, Florida. These are the personal recipes belonging to my grandfather and I am honored and proud to present them to you.
