It has recipes for beverages, salads, soups, breads, pies, ice creams, cheeses, entrees, mayonnaises and dressings, and more, including our favorite: raw fudge (our children especially love it) It is a reprint of a rare book by a woman whose life study was of nutrition. A treasured resource that I have enjoyed using for many years.
