Long-term suffering from many diseases are on the increase and science, in many instances, is pointing to the food we are eating. Many foods, while growing in the fields, are sprayed with different fertilisers that are said to be safe, and years later, through illness, we find they are anything but safe. Once picked or harvested, such as corn, barley and other crops, these foods go through a series of processing where many food additive and preservatives are added. If we look at dough mixes, including bread, a staple food not only eaten in Australia but worldwide, there are over sixty different poisonous additives that are used in different breads and cakes around the world.
