Tasty recipes for losing weight and pleasing the family The recipes in this book are very easy to read and follow. Getting down to the nitty gritty without a lot of text in between the recipes. You don't have much time for reading, you just want to know what works and tastes good. The book is well organized and laid out, the recipes aren't overly complicated and you don't need a ton of expensive equipment. These recipes are great for newbies and experts alike who normally like to add their own little special touches when trying out new recipes. Most ingredients can already be found in your local grocery store. Just make sure to add some wheat germ, flax seed, hemp seed, etc., to your grocery list and you'll be all set. It's going to be fun working your way through the many pages of recipes. There's so many good looking recipes it's hard to decide where to start. But, that's a fun "problem". Forget those meal substitute drinks and have a smoothie; a complete meal in a glass. Most of the ingredients you can find at any grocery store. Do yourself and your body a favor and get this book.
